Reports on Agreement Making

The Department of Jobs and Small Business and the Fair Work Commission compiles and publishes reports on enterprise agreements in Australia. Links to these reports are available.

Fulfilling the requirements of the Workplace Relations Act 1996 (WR Act), this report provides data on developments in enterprise bargaining over a three year period.

The report also includes the effects of bargaining on the employment conditions and wages of women, part-time employees, people from a non-English speaking background, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people with disability, mature age and young people.

The most recent from the period 2007-2009 and the report’s erratum (corrections) is available.

Since the establishment of the Fair Work Act in 2009, the Fair Work Commission is required to review the developments in making enterprise agreements, replacing the RAM report. The most recent reports can be found on the Fair Work Commission website.
